Brief: To produce a recruitment video to attract new staff to apply for jobs at the upcoming Cheltenham Festival.
Creative treatment: We were fortunate to be given creative license by our client and as such we were keen to produce an upbeat piece of content that had a youth focus and which used various devices to cut through the cliche and make an impact.
Production: We managed to film the bulk of the content on one day with a team of three. As we have been working for Cheltenham racecourse for the last three years we were able to cut in some old footage for the b-roll.
Result: The client was really pleased with the film and it has been shown at university and college recruitment fares all over the country as well as featuring on their website and social channels. We were also commissioned to produce another circa 10 films as well as a website on the back of this films success.
